The melisa.bio website is operated by Vitall Bienestar, S.L. under its trade name Melisa. Any reference to Melisa, we or the Company in this document refers to that company.

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the melisa.bio website (hereinafter, the Site). Browsing the Site confers user status and implies full acceptance of all the clauses set out here, in the version published at the time of access.

The owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Site at any time, as well as these terms.

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. The following is prohibited:

The products sold are foodstuffs and, where applicable, food supplements and cosmetic products. The information published is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice nor replace the judgement of a health professional.

No properties of preventing, treating or curing human illness are attributed to the products, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims and Regulation (EU) 432/2012.

No clause of this Legal Notice deprives the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the European Union country in which they have their habitual residence.

In contracts concluded with businesses or professionals, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Albacete, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
